科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展指導(dǎo)著藝術(shù)世界的轉(zhuǎn)型。如今，隨著大數(shù)據(jù)、區(qū)塊鏈、5G、人工智能、云計算、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，2021年也被稱為元宇宙元年，虛擬與現(xiàn)實再一次碰撞出耀眼的火花。國家層面也陸續(xù)出臺《“十四五”文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》及《推動數(shù)字文化產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的意見》，數(shù)字與文化藝術(shù)的融合正在成為社會的新話題、新潮流，同時催生了新的產(chǎn)業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)，成為人們生活體驗的新領(lǐng)域、新方式。

　　The development of science and technology means the transformation of the art world. Nowadays, with the application of big data, blockchain, 5G, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and the Internet of Things, 2021 is also known as the first year of the verse, and both virtual and real worlds collide with dazzling sparks once again. At the national level, the14th?Five-year Plan for the Development of Cultural Industry?and?the Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Digital Cultural Industry?have been successively issued. The integration of digital techniques and cultural arts is becoming a new topic and trend, and it can give rise to new industry formats that will bring out new fields and people’s life experience.

　　在此背景下，迎來了數(shù)字藝術(shù)發(fā)展的分水嶺時刻。繼2019年“新介質(zhì)、新圖式、新觀念——首屆數(shù)字繪畫實驗藝術(shù)征集展”在成都成功舉辦之后，第2屆中國數(shù)字藝術(shù)博覽會（成都）在原有的基礎(chǔ)上，將打造以研發(fā)、展覽、交易、衍生、論壇的“五位一體”博覽會，打造數(shù)字藝術(shù)交流、展示和交易的平臺。

　　In this context, we’ll have an important moment of digital art development, that is, the 2ndChina Digital Art Fair (Chengdu) is coming after the First Digital Painting Art Experimental Collection with New Material, Schema and Concept was held successfully in Chengdu in 2019. It will be a fair integrated with R&D, exhibition, trading, deriving and forums, so as to build a platform of exchange, showcasing and trading of digital arts.

　　02 征集內(nèi)容Collection of works and awards

　　采取全球征集 + 邀請的方式，根據(jù)主題分區(qū)及場地面積預(yù)計展出百余件（幅）作品。入圍作品將亮相本次數(shù)字藝術(shù)博覽會，并由主辦方頒發(fā)入圍證書。從入圍展出作品中選出6位獲獎藝術(shù)家，大賽設(shè)置一等獎1位，獎金人民幣20，000，二等獎2位，獎金人民幣10，000，三等獎3位，獎金人民幣5000。

　　Collect digital art works worldwide or by a inviting way. More than 100 works (pieces) will be selected and exhibited based on the topic types and venue area. The selected works will be showed in the digital art fair, and should be awarded the certificates by the fair host. The first six winners of these selected works should be awarded: one will win the first prize of RMB 20,000 yuan, two will win the 2 second prize of 10,000 yuan respectively,?and three will get the third prize of 5,000 yuan respectively.

　　1、投稿作品請注明作品名稱、尺寸、年代以及創(chuàng)作自述、呈現(xiàn)方式、交互邏輯、藝術(shù)家（團隊）簡介等詳細信息，投稿作品僅限3件，上傳照片及視頻采用常規(guī)格式輸出，并注明投稿人聯(lián)系方式，不得一稿多投。

　　1.Your works should be marked with details such as works’ name, size and times, as well as introduction, presenting way and interactive logic of the work, and your (team’s) profile. Only three or fewer works are submitted. Upload your photo and video by the conventional format output, and offer your contact information. No multiple contributions with one manu.
